Competition (Sweden): Swedish Competition Authority releases new short film on how to leave a cartel

The Swedish Competition Authority (“SCA”), on their webpage and spread through different channels, has released a new short film describing how to leave a cartel. The film is meant to be a complement to other information sources on competition rules on cartels. As Dan Sjöblom, Director General of the SCA states, “The company that comes to the SCA first and reveals they are part of a cartel, and then cooperates with us, can avoid being subject to fines and personal liability, such as prohibition on operating a business, that other parties may be subject to.
