The sessions will focus on FDI and doing business abroad in developed and developing economies with reporters from North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific. Speakers will review and compare taxation, corporate governance, structure and financing issues as well as competition and antitrust or labor and employment matters on a national or supra-national level. The conference will furthermore address topics relating to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign trade, investment incentives, asset management, and unfair competition.

The conference provides five days of meetings, with four hours of seminars per day, in breakfast and late afternoon sessions. The Center for International Legal Studies will certify 24 hours of CLE credit and 20 hours of CPD credit.
